Art  for Grieving Families

In Partnership with Aultman Hospice Bereavement Program

(FREE for Families Enrolled in Aultman Hospice & Palliative Care Programs)

This group will allow adults to work through grief with their children using art.  Art allows children, teens, and adults the opportunity to express powerful emotions.  The process of making art and the finished artwork helps facilitate discussion about some of the issues they are facing.  Often, more can be said in the project than children are able to verbalize.  At the end of every group, the finished artwork will be available to take home and provides a wonderful way to memorialize a loved one.  May 18th Art: “Imprints on Our Lives”

Come work on your own projects, get input and help from other people, have Lynda help you start a new piece of art that you have always wanted to try, work on one of the community collaborative pieces,  or just have a good time! Instruction is available. Open Studios are OPEN – you can come and go as your schedule allows. You have the option to stay all evening or come for just for a short time, anytime during the open hours.        *Open Studios are an opportunity for you to work with an artist on large scale projects, learn new techniques and meet other people from the community. All are welcome regardless of artistic ability.  Any/All Collaborative Art Pieces are a part of Lynda Tuttle’s large scale art projects and stay with the exhibit.

This is chance to get involved!

Come to one of the our adult open studios and learn how to create a “Bottle Beauty”  representation of the people who have empowered & inspired your life.  This figure can be made out of variety of media. No experience necessary, as Lynda will help you in the process of creating a unique addition to this exhibit. *There is no cost to participate in this collaborative project.      
 
                     

North Lehman Neighborhood Alliance
‘Artreach’ Night 

3rd Thursday Monthly 7 – 8:30p

NLNA Neighborhood extends from 14Th St NW to 25Th St NW, & from Fulton Rd NW to Cleveland Ave. NW. This program is for all NLNA adult residents. Bring refreshments & come participate in the fun!!! No experience necessary. Residents need to register by leaving a message at 330-452-8211, or email lt@LyndaTuttle.com, no later than 24 hrs prior to the event.                      

 

Art  Parties

This is  great way to celebrate birthdays and special occasions. You supply the food, beverages, cake… and we will supply a unique art project.  Call for more details
